As stated in you CPG membership agreement if you are on a 12 month contract you may freeze your membership up to 3 times per year. Members on a 3 or 4 month contract are not eligible for a freeze unless it is for medical reasons.
All membership freeze requests must be made at least 10 days prior to your next billing date.
Freezes must be for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Exceptions are made for medical freezes.
Upon expiration of the freeze period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 60-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable.
