If you decide to return to training with us in the future, applicable membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply. Membership rates are subject to change.

You MUST complete an in person or phone exit interview in order to complete the cancellation process.
This will serve as your written cancellation notice as stated in your membership agreement. 3 month contracts require 30 days written notice and 12 month contracts 60 days. Any payments scheduled to occur during this timeframe will still process and you will continue to have access to the gym until your 30 or 60 days ends.
